A 20' x 20' Studio is also available for rent. Perfect for larger groups to spread out. This space is ideal for yoga, workshops, or as an extra room for kids to play or for gaming on the 96" TV. The large kitchen, dining, and living areas make it easy to share meals and memories. Outdoor cooking and dining are also available while enjoying the fresh air.

Coffee Bar: Keurig, coffee pot, electric water kettle, frother, under-counter fridge, bar sink, and under-counter ice maker. Ice maker and cold water tap use Reverse Osmosis water.

Flex Space: 40' x 40' garage available for rent with overhead doors, heated floor, and kitchenette. Tall ceilings make it ideal for creative work, indoor games, or extra accommodations when the weather doesn’t cooperate.
